The duration of use depends on the mode: 4 minutes each for the Cleansing Mode, Intensive Treatment, and EMS Massage, and 3 minutes for the Cooling Mode (max. 5 seconds per skin area). We recommend using the device 2–3 times a week for normal skin and 1–2 times a week for sensitive skin.

This product should not be used by individuals with heart conditions or acute infectious diseases, malignant tumors, severe sunburn, or metal allergies; individuals who have undergone facial plastic surgery, have subcutaneous metal implants, or wear medical electronic devices; pregnant women; or individuals with extremely sensitive skin. The device should also not be used in cases of acute inflammation, severe acne, or open wounds.

Using the built-in, waterproof Type-C charging port—the full charging time is approximately 3 hours. For safety reasons, the device cannot be used while charging.

The charging port is waterproof, but the device itself is not—please never submerge it in water. Clean the treatment head after each use with a soft, alcohol-free cloth, and avoid harsh cleaning agents such as alcohol, thinners, gasoline, or nail polish remover.

It depends on the mode you select: for the cleansing mode, use toner or cleanser; for the intensive treatment, use serums or light, water-based products; for the EMS massage, use a light moisturizer; and for the cooling function, use a hydrating serum or eye cream.
