  • Exclusively for first-time buyers: The guarantee applies to your first order of a full-size product via our online shop (DACH region).
  • Focus on the Routine: To accurately assess the effect, use the product consistently for 30 days without mixing it with other products that serve the same purpose. Are you testing Barrier Boost? Then it should be your only moisturizer during this period.
  • Selected Essentials: The promise applies to all individual products from the skincare and decorative cosmetics ranges. Sets, bundles, minis, and accessories (tools, bags, brushes) are excluded.

YOUR PATH TO REIMBURSEMENT

If, contrary to expectations, you are not satisfied, the "Skin-credible" process is simple:

  1. Contact us: Send us your refund request no later than 30 days after delivery via our contact form.
  2. Share your feedback: Our support team will send you a short feedback form. Your experience is essential to our research.
  3. Refund: After reviewing your return, we will refund the full purchase amount, including shipping costs, via your original payment method. Processing usually takes 3-5 business days.

Focus on sustainability: We deliberately refrain from returning opened products in order to minimize CO2 emissions. You can keep the product after the trial period or dispose of it responsibly.
