The feedback from our fEMIly is particularly important to us! As a Derm Devotee or Ferment Fanatic, you regularly have the opportunity to apply as a product tester. We will inform you in good time via email about all updates and information regarding our tester panels so that you can apply and participate in the development of our latest products.

Participation in the tester panel is generally possible from the Derm Devotee level. However, as a start-up, we can only take a certain number of product samples from production per test round, so we currently only have a limited number of test persons available.

To make the selection as fair as possible, we check applications based on inclusion criteria according to the test product, and also select them randomly – with the aim of giving as many community members as possible the chance to participate.

We are continuously working to expand our capacities and to be able to involve even more testers in the future. With each new product development, there is another opportunity to apply.

Yes, that is possible. If you have shopped there, you can easily collect your points retrospectively. Simply upload your invoice under 'YOUR STORE PURCHASE'. Our team will check it and you will be notified by email once it has been approved. The EMI COINS will then be credited to your account.

Free shipping for Ferment Fanatics currently only applies to deliveries within Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Unfortunately, free shipping is not yet available for other EU countries – but we are working on it.

When you purchase a Gift Card, the EMI COINS are credited directly to your Radiant Rewards account upon purchase. Since the EMI COINS are credited at the time of purchase of the Gift Card, no further EMI COINS will be awarded upon its later redemption. This means that you, as the buyer, receive the EMI COINS, while the voucher is used by the recipient as a mere means of payment when paying later.
