The feedback from our fEMIly is particularly important to us! As a Derm Devotee or Ferment Fanatic, you regularly have the opportunity to apply as a product tester. We will inform you in good time by e-mail about all updates and information on our tester panels so that you can apply and help develop our latest products.

Participation in the Tester Panel is generally possible from the Derm Devotee level. However, as a start-up we can only take a certain number of product samples from production per test round, we currently only have a limited number of testers to choose from.

In order to make the selection as fair as possible, we check the applications on the basis of inclusion criteria according to the test product on the one hand, and the selection is made at random on the other - with the aim of giving as many community members as possible the chance to participate.

We are constantly working on expanding our capacities and being able to involve even more testers in the future. With every new product development, there is another opportunity to apply.

Yes, that is possible. If you have made a purchase there, you can easily collect your points retrospectively. Simply upload your invoice under 'YOUR STORE PURCHASE'. Our team will check it and you will be notified by email as soon as it has been approved. The EMI COINS will then be credited to your account.

When you purchase a gift card, the EMI COINS are credited to your Radiant Rewards account immediately upon purchase. Since the EMI COINS are credited when you purchase the gift card, no additional EMI COINS will be awarded when the gift card is later redeemed. This means that you, as the purchaser, receive the EMI COINS, while the gift card is used purely as a means of payment when the recipient makes a purchase.
