Extended return period for all orders from 20.11. to 24.12.2025

Would you like to give skincare as a gift, but are unsure whether the products really fit? No problem. You can return all orders placed during this period up to and including 31.01.2026. Regardless of whether you ordered on Black Friday or just before Christmas, you are taking no risk.

Last order dates for punctual delivery

To ensure that your order arrives in time for gifting, the following timings apply:

Last order date for standard shipping
- Germany: by 19.12., 12:00
- EU, Switzerland & UK: by 15.12., 10:00 a.m.

Last order date express delivery (only within Germany)
- Bookable from a shopping cart value of €150
- Surcharge: 10 €
- Last time to order: 22.12., 10:00 a.m.
