Conditions of participation

DR. EMI ARPA SKIN x Breuninger COMPETITION

Organizer
The organizer and party responsible for conducting the competition is Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH, Fasanenstraße 65, 10719 Berlin.

1. Participation
Participation in the competition is possible from 5 p.m. on December 7, 2025, until 11:59 p.m. on December 10, 2025.

The closing date for entries is Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Participation is subject to the terms and conditions of the competition post on Instagram (@dr.emiskin):

- Follow the above-mentioned Instagram profile and @Breuninger
- Share the competition post in your own Instagram story
- Comment under the contest post

2. Eligibility
Eligible to participate are persons who are permanent residents of Germany and are at least 18 years of age at the time of participation. Employees of Dr. Emi Arpa Skin GmbH and Breuninger, as well as their relatives, are excluded from participation.

3. Prize distribution
The winners will be selected at random from all participants who meet the conditions of participation. The prizes are non-transferable and will not be paid out in cash.

The prizes are:
1x €250 Breuninger voucher redeemable in the online shop https://www.breuninger.com/de/ or in all Breuninger stores and 1x XMAS Lavis Lip Set from DR. EMI SKIN (Better Balm, Perfect Plump, Hypnotic Hues).

4. Notification of winnings
The winner will be notified of their win via an Instagram Story by tagging their profile name and will receive their prize directly by mail. There is no guarantee of successful delivery. No replacement shipment will be made in the event of non-delivery.

5. Exclusion of participants
The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants who use multiple email addresses or similar to increase their chances of winning, who manipulate the competition or the game process technically, or who otherwise violate these conditions of participation, from participating in the competition at any time and without prior notice. In the event of exclusion, prizes and benefits may also be revoked and reclaimed retrospectively. The participation of competition agencies and other automatically generated mass mailings is expressly excluded and will not be considered when determining the winners.

6. Data protection information
As part of this competition, we process your data (name and address) for the purpose of sending the prizes. After the competition has ended, your data stored by us will be retained for three years from the end of the calendar year.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) b) GDPR in conjunction with the contract. You have the right to obtain information free of charge about the data we have stored about you. If the legal requirements are met, you may also have the right to have this data corrected, blocked, or deleted. You also have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format; you can then transfer this data to other parties or have it transferred. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority for data protection.

7. Final provisions
The competition is subject to German law. Legal recourse is excluded.
