We've changed the level structure. There are still four tiers—they're now called Core Collector, Routine Refiner, Ferment Fanatics, and Arpa Alliance—and each tier offers more benefits than before. Since the point thresholds have also been reset, your level may now have a different name than before.

Plus, starting now, you can earn Emi Coins in even more ways: by signing up for our newsletter and our WhatsApp channel, for every referral to a friend, and even double the coins with a subscription.

We're a young startup that launched Radiant Rewards two years ago. Over the past two years, we've gotten to know our customers even better, and that's exactly why we've adjusted our structure.

It's completely automatic! Once you complete your subscription order, you'll receive double the points in your account with every delivery starting with the second one.

You can submit your receipts up to 30 days after the purchase.

Based on your points balance, you will reach a specific level in our RADIANT REWARDS program.

It can take up to 5 days for the new status to be processed and visible in the system.

Your points will be credited immediately after the items have been dispatched.

We always strive to give you the best experience in EMIVERSE! Therefore, we have put a lot of effort and love into the development of RADIANT REWARDS to thank you for your loyalty and support. Unfortunately, retroactive crediting of points for purchases made before 06.08.2024 is not possible. We are all the more pleased to be able to reward you for all purchases made after the launch of RADIANT REWARDS (06.08.2024).

Once you achieve a certain status, you'll keep it for one year and enjoy all the benefits of that level. After a year, the status will be recalculated based on your purchases and points collected.

Since we are a startup and can only take a limited number of product samples from production per test round, we have only a limited number of test slots available. To make the selection as fair as possible, we review all applications based on eligibility criteria that align with the test product. The final selection is made at random.

We are constantly working to expand our capacity. You can reapply with each new product development.

As a Ferment Fanatic, we offer free shipping with no minimum order amount. Starting at the Routine Refiner level, shipping is free on orders of 45 € or more; for orders below that amount, shipping is free on orders of 60 € or more.

Our shipping benefits apply to deliveries to Germany and Austria. In Switzerland, shipping is free for our Ferment Fanatics. We are not yet able to offer free shipping to other countries—but we’re working on it.

In Switzerland, this benefit is reserved for our Ferment Fanatics. The €45 threshold starting at the Routine Refiner level does not apply there.

When you purchase a gift card, the EMI COINS are credited to your Radiant Rewards account immediately upon purchase. Since the EMI COINS are credited when you purchase the gift card, no additional EMI COINS will be awarded when the gift card is later redeemed. This means that you, as the purchaser, receive the EMI COINS, while the gift card is used purely as a means of payment when the recipient makes a purchase.
