Phenylpropanol ist eine organische Verbindung, die zur Gruppe der aromatischen Alkohole gehört und eine verlässliche antimikrobielle Wirkung zeigt.(1) Außerdem ist Phenylpropanol ein nicht-sensibilisierender Stoff, der unangenehme Rohstoffgerüche maskiert.(2)
